Privacy policy
Updated 1 November 2026. This policy describes information processed to provide accounts, AI services, billing and support when you use AK47Token.
Information we process
This includes email, username and verification information submitted for registration or sign-in; text, images and conversations submitted through features; and orders, payment status, account credit and usage. Request IDs, times, status and relevant operational details are recorded to troubleshoot and protect accounts. Do not include unrelated sensitive personal information in prompts or support requests.
How information is used
Information is used to verify sign-in, provide model responses and generated results, display chat and image records, handle orders and billing, troubleshoot and respond to support requests.
Third-party model services
Inputs required for third-party AI requests are sent to the relevant model provider. Image and video generation currently use no separate third-party content moderation service. Model providers may restrict requests under their own rules. Third parties process received information under their applicable policies.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by the provider selected for the order. The site uses order IDs, payment results and fulfillment information to verify credit and delivery. Account emails, storage and other features also rely on service providers. Check the actual order and its payment-provider information.
Cookies and local settings
Sign-in relies on necessary session cookies. Your browser may save language and other interface preferences. Clearing this data may require signing in or choosing preferences again.
Retention, management and contact
Conversations and generation records are retained according to their features. Image expiry and deletion follow the image record and management pages. Billing, order and security records are kept for service fulfillment, disputes and applicable requirements. Contact the support email below to request access, correction or deletion of account information. We verify identity and distinguish deletable data from records that must be retained.
